When clicking on intranet, you see, dependent on your role, workflow and rights, this menu:
My intranet
The module My intranet is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- My profile
Using this feature you can see and edit your personal information. - My preferences
Using this feature you can make your own style of the indexpage. - News overview
Using this feature you can read newsitems and (if allowed) add newsitems. - E-mailing
Using this feature you can send all users of your intranet an e-mail at once and easily.
Calendar
The module Calendar is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- My calendar
Using this feature you can add, see and edit all your appointments, meetings, free moments and tasks. - Central calendar
Using this feature you can see all appointments, meetings, free moments and tasks of other users. - My tasks
Using this feature you can see all tasks of you and other users, with deadline, participators and description.
File manager
The module File manager is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- Explorer
Using this feature you can see files that are saved in directories you're allowed to, and upload new files. - Search
Using this feature you can search files in common directories.
Digital Manual
The module Digital Manual is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- View manual
Using this feature you can read all available digital manuals. You can also search for a specified term, and the digital manual will give you the location. - Manual management
Using this feature you can edit and add digital manuals.
Users
The module Users is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- Teams
Using this feature you can create teams between users of your i-Engine, and teams can share their own files and have their own forum. - Forums
Using this feature you can discuss with other users. - Userlist
Using this feature you can get an overview of all users in your i-Engine intranet and find out their specifications.
Catalogmanagement
The module Catalogmanagement is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- Product overview
Using this feature you can get an overview of products and productgroups in your catalog. - Add product
Using this feature you can add products to your catalog. - Meta management
Using this feature you can see special properties and do changes to your catalog.
Stoch management
The module Stock management is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows;
- Stock overview
Using this feature you can see an overview of the stock of products you published in your catalog. Either this is the place to set prices and actual information.
