E-mailing
In this paragraph you can read more about sending an e-mail to other users in i-Engine.
1. Choose the path Intranet / My intranet / E-mailing. The following screen appears:
2. Click on the usergroup you want to e-mail. When clicking on a usergroup, the following screen appears:
3. In this screen you can select the users which will receive your e-mail. After that, click
4. A screen appears in which you have to enter different data. Every textfield will be explained shortly. toegelicht:
In this textfield you can fill in a subject.
In this textfield you can add an attachement by choosing a file from your computer. To add, click 'Browse' and you'll be able to select a file.
In this field you can see how your sender address will be shown. You can change your email address in 'My profile'.
This is the HTML-version which can be used for sending e-mails. Use this version to have your e-mails enriched with styles and pictures.
This is the version without lay-out. Pay attention to the fact that some e-mail programs don't show HTML-mails. We advise to copy the HTML-version in total and paste it in the box for plain text version e-mails. By doing this your addressees will always receive a visible e-mail.
5. When finishing your message, click . Your email is sent. A screen appears with the results of your emailing.
