Introduction to Filter contacts

Chose the path Intranet / Calendar / My tasks. You see different buttons, links and textfields appear, which are explained down here.


Here you can choose between searching a relation by company or by contactperson. You can change this by clicking on the item you want.


Using this button you can add a relation. Click here to read more about this specification.


Using this buttons you can choose between choose and detailed search. A detailed search contains more advanced searchoptions, such as search by adress. You can also save your search procedure to make your work more efficient. Read more about (faster) search, click here.


Using this textfield you can type your headword of your search.

Using this button the search starts in your i-Engine database. Your result appears, every relation containing your headword can be opened.


Using this button i-Engine will show you all saved relations in your database. Relations are sorted alphabeticly.


Using this button you can send found relations an email. Read more about emailing your relations, click here.


Using this button you can send found relations a fax. Read more about faxing your relations, click here.


Using this button you can get labels of your found relations. This can be used for paper-mailings and so on. Read more about labeling your relations, click here.


Using this button you can export your found relations to Excel. Read more about exporting your relations, click here.


Using this menu you can load saved search procedures. Read more about saving search procedures, click here.


Using this menu you can choose how much relations are shown on the resultpage. Default is 25 relations per page.


Using this button you can delete relations. Read more about deleting relations, click here.
