In this paragraph you can read more about advanced seraching your relations.

1. Chose the path Intranet / CRM / Filter contacts.In de appearing screen, click

2. The following screen appears:

3. This is the standard window. Next to this search-features more properties can be added, for example a selection of country. Search-properties can be managed in Meta-Objects Definition. Read more about this, click here.

4. In this screen you can fill in your headword. Using a couple of examples advanced searching will be explained:

Suppose, you are searching for the company i-Concept. nevertheless, you do not know anymore whether you wrote i-Concept, with of without a stripe. For searching, typ '' Concept " and i-Concept will be in your search-results.

Suppose, you are searching all companies in Rotterdam. Typ " Rotterdam " in the Adress-field, and all relations in Rotterdam will be in your search-results.

Suppose, you are searching for all male contacts. You have to search in mainfield 'Contacts'. Although, this is not a standard-search option, so you have to set this in the module META-definitions. Click here to read more about this.

5. After searching, the results will be under the search-window. To save your search, do the following proceedings:


6. Using this field you can type a name of your list, for an easy recognizing next time.

7. Click to save.

8. The list is saved. The list can be opened by clicking this drop-down menu, as visible in illustration down here.
