Most of CMS-users will meet the functions of Content. These are the actions which are most happening for managing a website.
The module Content is dependent on your role, workflow and rights as follows:

Using this feature you can edit content in your webpages, such as adding an illustration or removing text. - Menu
Using this feature you can add and edit menu's and submenu's.
